Shipping & Studio Fulfillment

Bespoke Craftsmanship takes time. At Andrew Linturn Fine Art, we do not keep "stocked" shelves. Every piece is a custom-made-to-order commission, handcrafted specifically for you by our local artisans in Shellharbour, NSW.

Production Timelines

Because we prioritize archival quality and hand-finished details, please allow the following windows for your art to be prepared before dispatch:

  • Artisan Prints (Unframed): Dispatched within 7–10 business days.

  • Heritage & Classic Framing: Dispatched within 2–3 weeks.

  • Canvas & Wood Blocks: Dispatched within 1–2 weeks.

Shipping & Local Collection

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 Australia-wide. This is a subsidised rate to ensure our large-format, fragile artworks remain accessible; typical courier costs for protected art often exceed $75.

  • Complimentary Studio Pick-up: Avoid shipping fees by collecting your order from our partner locations. Select your preferred location at checkout.

  • Tracking: Once your piece leaves the studio, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey to your door.

  • Handling: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that during high-volume periods or holiday seasons, production may extend by a few business days.

Returns & Exchange Policy

As each artwork is custom-printed and framed to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to use our Virtual Room Preview [Link to ArtPlacer/Mockup] or measure your space carefully before ordering. In the unlikely event that your art arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece so we can prioritize a replacement for you.
