Welcome to Andrew Linturn Fine Art. This website is owned and operated by Andrew Linturn (ABN: 24 748 879 121) trading as Andrew Linturn Fine Art. For any inquiries, please contact us at studio@andrewlinturn.com. By choosing to purchase our work, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully prior to purchase.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Personal Details: Any information you provide (name, address, email) is strictly used to full fill your order. We will never sell, rent, or release your data to third parties. Payments: We do not store credit card details. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments, which uses industry-leading encryption.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Andrew Linturn Fine Art reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice. We accept all major credit cards and Shopify-supported payment methods.
PRODUCTION TIME FRAME
We are a custom made-to-order business. That means, when you buy your selected piece, we then go and make it for you.
Unframed Prints: Typically take 3–5 business days to print, cure, inspect and dispatch.
Framed Artworks: Because we use premium local framers, please allow 2 weeks for production. Everything is printed and crafted right here in the Illawarra.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be thrilled with your new artwork. We ensure all items are professionally photographed and listed with accurate dimensions. Please Note: Because every piece is made to order specifically to your chosen size and finish, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
To protect the archival life of your print:
Do not hang in direct sunlight.
For metallic pearl prints, we recommend handling only with cotton gloves or by a professional framer, as skin oils can mark the surface.
If framing yourself, use only acid-free materials to prevent yellowing.
FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES
Our products are produced using the highest quality archival materials. Minor variations in the metallic sheen or texture are inherent to the fine art process.
In the unlikely event your art arrives damaged:
Notify the carrier immediately upon delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged.
Contact studio@andrewlinturn.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
We will organise a replacement for you at no additional cost.
